Exploring Magic is an independent research and planning tool that helps you discover and compare Walt Disney World resorts by amenities, transportation, planning style, and potential deal availability. It is for informational and planning purposes only. We do not sell rooms, process bookings, or take payment; when you are ready to book, we point you to official Disney channels.

Exploring Magic is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by The Walt Disney Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. “Walt Disney World,” resort names, and related marks are the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification and descriptive purposes only. For official information, always refer to Disney’s own websites.

We work to keep information useful and current, but resort details, discounts, room availability, and prices change frequently and are outside our control.

• All availability and pricing shown on the site are estimates and are not guaranteed until you complete a booking through official Disney channels.
• Prices may exclude taxes and fees and may change before you book.
• Discount eligibility depends on Disney’s current offers and terms, which can change or end at any time.
• Always confirm the final details, total price, and terms on the official Disney booking page before purchasing.

You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems;
• scrape, harvest, or copy content at scale, or use automated means to access the site in a way that burdens our infrastructure; or
• misrepresent your affiliation or submit false information through any form on the site.

The site links to third-party websites and services (including official Disney pages and, where offered, an independent travel agency). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

The original content, design, and software of this site are owned by Exploring Magic and protected by applicable laws. You may view and use the site for your personal, non-commercial planning. Third-party marks and content remain the property of their respective owners.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information (including availability or pricing estimates) is accurate, complete, or current.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the site or these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Indiana, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
